Once your order has been transmitted to Higher Ground you will receive an order confirmation email. All orders received will be dispatched the next working day for standard delivery (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking details and estimated time of delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CORONAVIRUS
Due to COVID-19 Stage 4 restrictions and social distancing measures in Victoria, our warehouse is currently experiencing delays. Delivery times may be impacted. Australia Post are currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to flight restrictions, increased parcel volume, social distancing requirements and government restrictions. Australia Post are working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible.
Australia Post has suspended delivery to some international countries. To see if you are eligible to order, please visit Australia Post.
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all Australia Post orders - be it at a Post Office or residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to your door or you go into the local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the recipient’s name and sign on their behalf.You will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for you to pick up on the counter.

AUSTRALIA DELIVERY
- Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is FREE for all orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $5.95* applies. Express shipping (1-3 business days) is also available - flat rate of $14.95 applies.
- All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;
- It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office / depot for collection;
- For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature;
- Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.
- Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
- Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 AUD applies to all orders to New Zealand ;
- All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;
- It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;
- All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (REST OF THE WORLD)
- Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 AUD applies;
- All orders are sent via Registered International post which means the item is fully trackable and will need to be signed for;
- All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 15 business days (please note delivery to South Africa, Central America and South America may take up to 30 business days);
- There may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery timeframe.
DELIVERY - USA CUSTOMERS
UPS operations will continue, except where constrained by government restrictions. There are currently international delivery disruptions due to the coronavirus. Transit times may be extended. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading Coronavirus, all UPS orders will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Packages are to be left at the recipient’s door with no customer contact for the safety of all.

- Please Note: Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date and may not be eligible for express service. Delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days and may not be eligible for express service.
