Higher Ground sells its products indirectly (through distributors) to retailers we are unable to process returns for purchases made from any of our stockists. Should you wish to return a Higher Ground product, please contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange, according to the retailer's return policy. We advise that you always keep your receipt and check the retailer's conditions for return. If you do not wish to keep a product ordered on Higher Ground website, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of receipt. Higher Ground will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes.
Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Please note that only products purchased from www.takethehigherground.com will be accepted for return.

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
Higher Ground products should be free from defects on delivery. If your Higher Ground product is defective, we will be happy to replace it free of charge. Refunds will not be considered. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
